Reward claims
Expedition
Claim your expedition income the moment its bar is full.
- What it does
- Claims your Expedition Income from the city wall when the game's Online Time bar is full. Evonex reads that bar to know when to come back.
- Where
- Instances ▸ open an instance ▸ Duties ▸ Reward claims ▸ Expedition
- You need
- The Walls mapped in City Mapper, and at least one expedition stage finished in the game.
- When it runs
- Whenever the bar is full. There is no schedule to set.
The game builds up expedition income over time: up to 12 hours of resources and items. Expedition waits until the bar is full, then claims it, so nothing is lost.
Set it up
- Finish the first expedition stage in the game. Until you do, there is no income to claim.
- Make sure the Walls are mapped in City Mapper, on the city map your instance uses.
- Open Instances, then open your instance, for example Northwatch.
- Open the Duties tab, press Reward claims to jump to that shelf, and switch Expedition to ON.
- Press Start. Rows only take their turn while the instance runs.
- 1Schedule Read how this row is timed: the game decides how often it runs.
- 2Run before plan tasks Turn on to go ahead of your plan's next task when its turn comes.
- 3Retry when it fails Set how many times a failed turn is tried in one game day.
- 4Reset Put these settings back to their defaults and close the window.
- 5Record line Read when Evonex expects the bar to be full, and how long is left.
- 6Reset records Forget what Evonex read, so it looks at the bar again.
- 7Done Save the window and close it. The ✕ or Esc closes without saving.
Settings
Schedule
The note under this heading reads the game decides how often this one runs — this is where it takes its turn. Expedition has no How often and no cap. Evonex reads the Online Time bar and comes back when it will be full.
Run before plan tasks
Off, the row waits for a free moment. On, it goes ahead of your plan's next task the moment its turn comes round, and ahead of the other rows waiting with it. It cannot arrive early: the bar decides when its turn is. Default: Off.
Retry when it fails
How many times a failed turn is tried in one game day, from 1 to 10. A game day runs from one daily reset of the game to the next. The wait between tries grows. When the tries are used up, the row rests until the next game day. 1 means don't retry. Default: 3 tries a day.
Reset
Puts every control on this page back to its default, saves, and closes the window.
Record line
The small line at the bottom left. When Evonex has read the bar, it says when the bar will be full, for example Running until 09:49 · 7h 11m left. It reads Nothing recorded yet before the first read.
Reset records
Forgets what the row remembers about its own turns: whether it ran today, how many turns it took, and any wait after a failure. It may then take another turn. It asks first, in a window with Reset them and Cancel. Nothing in the game changes and your settings stay. It is greyed out while nothing is recorded.
Done
Saves the window and closes it. The ✕ in the corner, or Esc, closes it without saving.
How it runs
- Evonex returns to the city and looks over the gate. When the income is full, a red-and-gold chest medallion floats there. One tap opens the Expedition Income pop-up.
- With no medallion, it walks to the city wall and opens the wall's menu. It picks Expedition, then presses the Expedition Income chest in the corner of that window.
- In that window it first checks your stage list. If you have not finished the first stage, Evonex notes that no expedition has been started and stops visiting this row. It does not start looking again by itself, so finish the first stage before you switch the row on.
- It reads the Online Time bar, which counts up to 12:00:00. When the bar is full, it presses Claim, checks that the claim landed, and closes the reward list. It reports Claimed the expedition income.
- When the bar is within 2 minutes of full, Evonex waits in the pop-up and claims the moment it fills.
- When the bar is not full, it presses nothing. It notes when the bar will be full, shows something like Income 3h 40m short — claiming at 18:30, and comes back then.
- If the medallion is gone before the tap, the turn ends calmly with The expedition medallion was gone. You most likely claimed by hand.
- Server gift shares the spot over the gate. A full expedition medallion hides the server gift chest. So a Server gift turn that finds one claims the expedition income first, even while this row is OFF. It then tells this row the new time.
- On the row, the status reads Not checked until Evonex has read the bar. Then it reads Until 21:40 · 7h 12m: the time the bar will be full, and how long is left. It reads Due once that time has passed. It never reads Done.
Claiming early restarts the 12-hour clock and throws away the rest of the income. That is why Evonex waits for the full bar, even when the game's own Claim button is already lit.
Run more than one instance? Set this up once, then copy it to the others with a profile.
Problems?
The game's Claim button is lit. Why hasn't Evonex claimed?
It waits for the full 12 hours on purpose, because an early claim throws away the rest. The status on the row shows when the bar will be full.
It never claims, and the status never shows a time.
Open the Activity Monitor on the Overview tab. If it says no expedition has been started, your first stage is not finished in the game, and Evonex stops visiting the row. Finish the first stage before you switch Expedition on. Also check Needs setup for an unmapped Walls.
Couldn't open the Expedition window from the city wall.
The walk to the wall failed. Check Needs setup for an unmapped Walls, and test it with Go to building in City Mapper. Evonex tries again by itself.
Couldn't read the expedition's online time.
The bar was on screen but could not be read, so nothing was pressed. Raise Screen delay in the instance's Settings so the pop-up has time to finish drawing. Evonex tries again by itself.
Server gift claimed my expedition income.
That is expected. A full expedition medallion hides the server gift chest, so Server gift claims it first. It only ever claims a full bar, and it tells this row the new time.
